Introducing Dolce by Ferrero Rocher. As a belated birthday treat i was taken to the Ferrero Rocher pop-up in London. This pop up included an exclusive, multi-layered dining experience. Each item had been inspired by Ferrero Rocher's unique combination of tastes and textures.










The menu was specially created by chef, Paul Hannagen. It included five decadent mini desserts which showed how Ferrero Rocher brings together the delicious layers of crunchy, smooth and crisp all wrapped in gold. Perfect when your in need of a sugar hit.

1. A coca-roasted hazelnut in a praline mousse
2. A chocolate filled with chocolate ganache
3. A sphere of ganache rolled in crunchy wafer
4. A tempered chocolate dome topped with roasted hazelnut pieces
5. Candy floss with edible gold glitter
6. A classic Ferrero Rocher
